Orange CA PLUMBING LINE

About us

The people who make sure the right plumber turns up at your door

Orange CA Plumbing Line is a locally run plumbing service company in the City of Orange. Our team has spent years in and around this housing stock, and we work with a vetted network of licensed, insured local professionals so the person who arrives has already handled your problem on a house like yours.

We know which streets still run galvanized steel, which tracts have radiant heat cast into the slab, and which era of drain line fails first. That knowledge is why the diagnosis usually starts on the phone, before anyone is dispatched.

Our story

We built this around one city, on purpose

Plenty of operations cover half of Southern California and know none of it well. We went the other direction. Orange is a city of pre-code bungalows, Eichler slabs and postwar tract drains, and a plumber who has spent their career on new-build subdivisions will not enjoy their first afternoon under a radiant-heated slab. Neither will the homeowner paying for that education.

So we did the unglamorous part. We learned the eras, house by house. Old Towne runs on original galvanized steel that fails at the threaded joints. The Eichler tracts have radiant heating loops cast into the concrete, which changes every conversation about a slab leak. The postwar tracts north of Chapman have cast iron drains reaching the end of a normal service life. Orange Park Acres has long private supply runs, wells and septic in places, and driveways nobody wants trenched.

That knowledge is what you are actually calling for. When you describe a symptom, we are already narrowing it to two or three likely causes, and the pro who rolls out is one whose van carries what those causes need. Fewer return trips, fewer surprises, fewer walls opened just to find out.

How we are set up

Orange CA Plumbing Line was founded in 2024 by Blake Harrison, and we have stayed small by choice. Blake runs operations, Logan Mercer handles the technical side and has personally been under most of these houses, and Dylan Prescott is the one who answers the phone at three in the morning without sounding like a call centre.

The plumbing work itself is carried out by independent licensed professionals from our vetted network. They price the job with you and they stand behind their own workmanship. Our part is the knowledge, the vetting and the follow-through: reading the symptom correctly, sending someone who has done it before, holding them to the standards below, and staying reachable until you tell us it is closed.

Our team

The three people you will actually deal with

You are not passed around a call centre. The person who takes the call, the person who vets and oversees the professionals, and the person who owns the outcome are all named, and all reachable on one number.

How we work

Four steps, and you only have to do the first one

  1. You call and describe it badly

That is fine. "Water is coming up in the shower when the washer drains" tells us more than a service name would.

  2. We match it to the right pro

A camera inspection and a repipe are not the same kit, or the same specialist. We pick for the job we believe you have.

  3. Diagnosis, then a price

The cause is found and shown to you, then priced. Nothing gets opened up until you say go.

  4. Work done, terms in writing

Permits pulled where required, site left clean, and workmanship terms on paper before anyone drives away.

Our standards

What every plumber in our network has to clear

Non-negotiable

Licensed and insured

Active California contractor licence and current liability coverage, verified by us. Ask to see both on site.

Non-negotiable

Price before work

A real diagnosis and a number you approve first. Nobody opens a wall on a guess.

Non-negotiable

Permits where required

Water heater replacements, repipes and sewer work pulled properly, not quietly.

Non-negotiable

Era-appropriate methods

No galvanized patch on a system that needs replacing, and no repipe quote for a job that needs one fitting.

Non-negotiable

Clean exit

Debris out, water back on, and a straight answer about what to watch for next.

Non-negotiable

Someone answers for it

Written workmanship terms from the professional who did the job, and our number if something is off.

If any part of a job falls short of this, call the number at the top of this page and ask for the supervisor. That is the entire escalation process, and it is how pros leave our network.

Describe the symptom. We will name the job.

One call, a straight answer, and the right pro on your street.
